I don't understand how none of this great stuff was rolled to drop from this guys cargohold. Are the rolls in EVE predisposed to destroy faction gear and blueprints?

The stuff was not in a can, anything in a can is automatically destroyed and isn't even listed or viewable. |

No, thats not the way it works. If there's anything in the container it's lost. Those items were in his Cargo Hold, not a container, those were probably the left overs that didn't fit in the container and he just tossed them in cargo. There's no telling what was in the containers. If a container does drop, it's empty. You NEVER see whats in a container, lost or dropped
